Our Story
“Do you have anything that fits me?”
When a little boy asked that question during an outreach, everything changed.
The Beginning
Eternally Equipped Project began with Bryan and Ashley Aycoth's simple desire to use what God had placed in their hands to serve others.
What started with giving away their own children's clothes quickly revealed a much deeper need. Children right here in our community were going without properly fitting shoes, clothing, and other essentials.
One encounter made that need impossible to ignore. A little boy needed something that fit—and we didn't have anything for him.
That moment became the beginning of a mission built around something more than simply giving things away. We wanted children to experience something brand new, something chosen for them, and eventually, something they could choose for themselves.
A practical need became a calling to restore dignity, share hope, and remind children they are deeply loved by Jesus.
The Journey
What started with donated clothing and simple acts of service became a vision for something bigger. We saw the need, heard the stories, and knew God was calling us to build something different.
Used
We began by passing out our children's hand-me-down clothes to families who needed them.
Then a little boy quietly asked us a question we'll never forget:
“Do you have anything that fits me?”
We didn't. That moment changed everything.
New
That one question changed how we saw the need. We began providing brand-new jackets so children could experience the joy and confidence that comes with receiving something new.

Brand-new jackets grew into shoes, shirts, bottoms, socks, and other essentials as we began serving even more children throughout our community.
Choice
We realized it wasn't only about what children received. They deserved the dignity and joy of choosing what they loved for themselves.
The Mobile Idea
Then we saw a big red American Red Cross bus parked in a Walmart shopping center, and a new possibility became clear.
“What if we could bring the entire shopping experience directly to children?”
Hope on Wheels
That vision became our 28-foot Mobile Boutique—a traveling shopping experience bringing brand-new essentials, dignity, hope, and the love of Jesus directly to children.

Hope on Wheels
We quickly realized children didn't simply need more things. They needed an experience that restored dignity and gave them the freedom to choose.
So we built something different.
Today, our 28-foot Mobile Boutique travels directly into communities, transforming an ordinary outreach into a shopping experience created specifically for the children we serve.
They choose what they love and leave knowing they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.

Clothing and shoes meet an important practical need. But they are not the end of the mission.
We believe meeting practical needs gives us an opportunity to demonstrate the love of Jesus in a tangible way. Every outreach is an opportunity to serve children with compassion, honor their dignity, and remind them that their lives have value.
Our greatest hope is that every child we serve leaves knowing they are seen, valued, deeply loved, and created by God for a purpose.

Our Board meets every Friday morning at 6:00 AM, providing consistent oversight, accountability, and strategic direction as the organization grows.
Together, our Board and executive leadership are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, responsible stewardship, and measurable impact so every resource entrusted to Eternally Equipped Project is used to serve children well and strengthen the mission for the future.
